2. Psychological counseling:

a supportive path that helps the person to understand and overcome emotional, relational or decision-making difficulties. Unlike psychotherapy, it does not aim to treat psychopathological disorders, but offers tools to deal with unpleasant situations and promote well-being. There are different methods and approaches that are adapted to the specific needs of each person.

3. Dance movement therapy:

is a therapeutic approach that uses movement and body awareness to promote emotional, psychological and physical well-being. It does not require dance skills, but encourages free and authentic expression through the body.

4. Acupuncture:

a holistic healing method in which the flow of energy (Qi)
The flow of energy (Qi) is harmonized by placing fine needles at specific points on the meridians of the body to support natural healing processes, restore energy balance and regulate the interaction between Yin and Yang, the polar forces of the body.

5. Osteopathy:

a holistic manual therapy that promotes health by restoring the body’s natural balance through gentle manipulation. It looks at the body as a whole and aims to improve mobility, relieve tension and promote self-healing processes.

6. Nutrition:

offers individual consultations to promote a conscious and healthy diet that takes into account each individual in their biological and cultural context.

7. Obstetrics:

offers support during pregnancy, birth and postpartum and accompanies families with serenity and professionalism.

8. Pilates:

is a training method based on the connection between mind and body. It promotes body awareness and general well-being, improves flexibility, balance and posture and helps to prevent and relieve pain, especially in the lower back.

9. Meditation:

is not an exercise that you do, but a state of mindless awareness that allows you to be connected to the present, improve your attention and reduce stress. This state also promotes contact with a deep inner dimension and thus greater self-awareness. Meditation helps to control emotions, improve sleep, strengthen concentration and promote lasting inner balance. The practical and simple approach requires no prior knowledge, just a willingness to take time for yourself. The course is free and open to all. It is structured to guide you step by step and create a safe and welcoming space where you can learn to meditate naturally, which will have a positive impact on your daily life.

10. Mindfulness:

means being aware of oneself by paying attention to reality in the present moment in an objective, detached and above all non-judgmental way. The course consists of 8 sessions in which we train the ability to carry out daily life activities by switching off the autopilot and activating all the senses instead.
