A group open to those who wish to deepen their self-knowledge through the language of spontaneous and intuitive movement, in a context of shared exploration. The course offers a safe and welcoming space in which the body becomes a tool for expression, listening and transformation.
A different theme will be proposed each month to foster greater bodily, emotional and creative awareness. The meetings are divided into two moments: a first guided part, in which tools and stimuli for body work are introduced, and a second, freer part, in which each participant can experiment and integrate what has emerged, respecting his or her own rhythm and possibilities.
The group is open both to those approaching dance therapy for the first time and to those who already work with the body and wish to deepen this dimension of listening and personal research.

An opportunity to rediscover one’s body and the pleasure of moving in a creative, safe and fun way. This dance movement therapy group is designed for adults over 65 who wish to explore movement as a tool for mental and physical well-being and personal growth, in a welcoming, judgment-free environment.
The course is developed through moments of guided exploration, in which exercises aimed at stimulating mobility, coordination and physical well-being are offered. This is followed by a space for free movement and personal expression, where each participant can spontaneously explore what they have learned, integrating it into their own body language. Movement thus becomes a means to evoke memories, give voice to emotions and rediscover new ways of connecting with oneself and others.
