Acupuncturist-naturopath
About me
I am a naturopath-acupuncturist who is passionate about holistic medicine, which considers the whole being, without separating body, mind and spirit.
My passion for traditional Chinese medicine began when I first tried acupuncture as a patient. After years of working in a different field, I came across something as deeply transformative as acupuncture. What began as a personal healing journey quickly became a passion that determined the course of my life. For the power of acupuncture lies in the deep change it can create in the body and soul.
Training and Professional Experience
After qualifying as an alternative medicine practitioner in Berlin in 2020, I completed my three-year training in acupuncture at the Shou Zhong Institute, where I gained an in-depth knowledge of traditional Chinese medicine and its modern applications. This training has provided me with the solid theoretical and practical foundation to deal with different therapeutic needs, and direct contact with patients allows me to refine acupuncture, cupping, moxibustion, Gua Sha techniques and to apply the holistic principles of traditional Chinese medicine. Here are the most common issues I take care of:
- chronic and acute pain (muscle, joint, neuralgia, etc.)
- menstrual disorders, asthma, headaches, insomnia and sleep disorders, back pain, gastritis, digestive disorders, hypertension, brain fog, sympathetic-parasympathetic nervous system imbalances, chronic fatigue, neurodermatitis, allergies, addictions (smoking, drugs, alcohol) etc.
- psychosomatic disorders, anxiety, depression, panic attacks, trauma, irritability, etc.
Therapeutic Approach
Empathy is the basis of my work and characterizes my interaction with patients. I seek to create individualized treatments that address the root causes of disorders, whether physical, emotional, or energetic, and aim for the mental and physical care and well-being of the One as a whole. To ensure a good treatment, I ask for a detailed medical history, along with tongue and pulse diagnosis, which are valuable tools for diagnosing a person’s health status, as they reflect the body’s energy (Qi) level and possible internal imbalances.
Of the tongue, mainly shape, size, color, coating, and cracks are observed.
The pulse is examined at three levels, superficial, middle and deep, to observe strength, rhythm and quality. Each pulse position is associated with a specific organ.
I choose different needles based on the issue to be treated and the technique used (Chinese or Japanese).
In addition to acupuncture, I offer:
- cupping
- Moxibustion (using both Chinese and Japanese techniques)
- Gua Sha, with a jade tool
My Vision
I like to create a space where people feel listened to, understood and supported in their healing journey. My goal is to give patients the tools they need to live healthier, more balanced lives, using acupuncture and other holistic therapies to facilitate lasting change.
I invite you to discover the powerful path of acupuncture-a journey toward wellness, balance, and rediscovery of yourself.
